SMC - Tilt! Layout Challenge

SMC - Layout Design Team - Challenge #4 - Tilt!

This week's DT challenge is to create a Love themed layout using a SMC image and tilt everything on your layout, well all most everything.  

I added the border before realizing it was not tilted, oops. I think it add character to my layout:)

Teddy Stampers - # 5 - Sketch Challenge

Holy Moly......I can't belive this is our fifth challenge here at Teddy Stampers.

This time around we have a sketch challenge for you.

I used a Cuddles Kuma digi image from Ildi Co.

All of the supplies I used to make my card are from my wonderful gals in our Crafty Critters blog group.

 Just after Christmas our washing machine went a little crazy and flooded our kitchen, laundry room and into the basement. 

My crafting nook is in the basement just under the laundry room and I lost more than half of my paper, cardstock and a bunch of emblishments...it was a very sad day:(

Within a few days my mailbox was full of care packages from my awesome friends.

I can't thank these gals enough, even though we may not have meet, (we are waiting for someone to win Lotto) we are truly friends and I am so happy to have them in my life.

Stef's TSB Card Sketch

It's time for another great The Stamping Boutique desgin team

sketch challenge from Stef (Glitterbabe).

Be sure to check out Stef's blog, she is so creative

and I can always get my daily dose of laugther from her blog.

I flipped the card sketch to a horizontal view and used 'Wagon Full of Hearts' digi image.

The image is colored with Copics and Bic Mark It Alls, I added stickles to a few of the hearts, the sentiment is stamped in Pallete Ruby Red and I also added a little bling to the corners.

Retro Girl!

I am super excited with the way this card turned out. (Patting myself on the back.)

I had an extra image from a monthly challenge group I belong to on SCS

and knew I could not just put her in a box for a rainy day.

She is from Stamping Bella, the Ketto line of images. 

Stamping Bella is one of my favorite stamping companys,

very sadly I don't own any rubber and I hord the images I do have, tehehehe.

Little Mimosa

Think Spring!!!!

Over the weekend my daugther Jenna and I spent some time on Saturday scrapbooking.

She made several scrapbook pages of her very own, blog post coming soon.

She loves to sit and color images with me and use my Stickles, she loves gitter just like her mommy.

Jenna picked out EVERYTHING for the card I made this week. What do you think? I am so proud, she did a great job.

Critter Sketch Challenge #1

 I am just a little late in getting this posted, my computer would

not read my media card over the weekend, very fustrating.

sentiment of flower where the oval, bottom left corner.

Cuddles and Clownkin Tea Time

This is one of the fab digi images from Ildi Co.

It is hard to tell but I used scallop square punches in the

corners as a accent and the entire image has pop dots for a 3-D effect.

I guess this is just one of those cards that did not photograph very well.

Image is colored with Bic Mark It Alls, added Stickles, flower

emblishment and the card is 5.5" by 5.5".

Birthday With Friends

I finally have a scrapbook of my very own!!!

  I love to scrapbook and have over 20 completed albums full of vacations,

holidays and family photos. 

I decide this year I would take the time to complete some albums about me for me!

I am working a Birthday scrapbook.

This year my wonderful hubby planned

a get together with friends at Mojo's, a local cajun bar and grill.

The 'friends' title is from a LOTW (Letter of the Word swap) on SCS.

The border set is also from a swap on SCS. 

I have trying to use up some of my page kits and borders.

Snow Day!!

Good Morning!

The snow has finally stopped, but it is oh so cold....Brrrrrrr!!!

Yesterday afternoon Jenna was so excited to go out and play in the snow.

She loves to make snow angels and eat the snow, I know YUCK right!

 

Now on to something crafty.......

WOW, I still can't believe how easy it was to make an easel card.

I think this turned out very well for my first try at making one.

I made this card over the Christmas Holiday and just got around to posting it. 

I love the purple and green colors, makes a nice non-traditional Christmas card.

Riley Loves You!!

Good Morning and Happy Monday!

Just a few more days till Valetine's Day.

Do you have any plans?

My darling hubby is going to a local bowling tournament on Saturday so I will have the day to myself, not sure what I will do yet. In the evening we are going out to dinner with friends.

Riley has always been one of my favorite images.

I received him from a image swap on SCS a long time ago, I don't have Riley rubber stamps, so I use my stash sparingly. LOL!!
